which has 2 pubs, a general store, fuel and a post office

and is 45 minutes from everywhere.

Ohhh... and by the way is only 17 mins from Mt Barker

We are not the Ritz!!!!!

BUT

If you are looking for a rustic, comfy, relaxed,

country experience where you can de-stress

and recharge your internal batteries,

then this is the place to do it.

We do leave provisions for full cooked breakfasts

for each person each day

Check in

Check in time is from 3pm onwards

Check out time is by a leisurely 11am.

This gives you time to sleep in, have a lazy breakfast on the balcony or maybe take that last stroll down to the river before departure.

Rates and cancellation policy

The price is $200 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.

After we have agreed an available arrival date, your payment will secure your booking.

I will send you an invoice with bank details,

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Cancellations notified more than 7 days before the booked

arrival date will be entitled to a full refund less a 5% admin fee.

Cancellations 7 days or less before the booked arrival date

will forfeit all monies paid but if I manage to secure another booking for that period I will refund your money less a 5% admin fee.

Clean And Safe

Our cleaning practices are important to you and us.

We have a sanitisation practice schedule in place.

We use the well known professional linen service Alsco

to launder our linen.

You can feel confident staying at Mirrabooka.

Bush Setting

Look around. What do you see?

The B&B accommodation is surrounded by trees. It sits above the banks of the Angas River and is not visible from the road. The nearest neighbours are cattle grazing in adjacent paddocks and a restored old homestead across the peaceful valley. Capture the feeling of being "out bush".
